If you’ve ordered on Etsy, you can submit your images here! For our organizational purposes, please make sure you enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) so that we can easily search for your order to pair the image. If possible, please also use the email address attached to your Etsy account.

*If your image exceeds the upload limit on this tool, please email it to hello@hemlockheritage.com, using the subject line format “Name on Etsy Order | #000000000”, where “Name on Etsy Order” is replaced with the name on your Etsy order, and “#000000000” is replaced with your order number.
